2. Refunds
- Once a session is booked, refunds are generally not available.
- Full refunds will be issued only in case of technical issues (e.g., inability to connect with the astrologer, no response from the astrologer, or website errors).
3. No Responsibility Clause
- LovGuru provides relationship guidance for personal insights and self-improvement purposes only.
- Users are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on consultation guidance.
4. Procedure for Refunds
- Contact support via email within 24 hours if a session could not be conducted due to technical issues.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
